| The
Homeownership implementation workgroup is faced with an extremely broad
and complex topic area. The group reached consensus on the implementation
of the planning recommendations and formed subcommittees around four critical
areas: Financial-Services Centers, Minority Emerging Markets, Predatory
Lending and Increasing Production. The group is committed to conducting
research, creating new opportunities and implementing creative responses
to increase and sustain affordable homeownership opportunities for the people
of Michigan. |
